Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights to returns and refunds when you shop with us.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

  • If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires.

  • You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

  • Refunds will include the price you paid for the goods and the standard delivery cost (if applicable).

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to request a refund, repair, or replacement.

  • Within 30 days: you may request a full refund.

  • After 30 days and up to 6 months: we will offer a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued.

  • After 6 months: you may still be entitled to a repair or partial refund if you can show the fault was present at delivery.

3. Refund Timeframe

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of:

    • receiving the returned goods, or

    • receiving proof that you have sent them back.

4. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Sealed items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, hygiene products) once unsealed after delivery

  • Digital content once download or streaming has started (with your prior consent)

5. How to Return

To initiate a return, log in to your account, navigate to Orders, and select the item(s) you wish to return. The system will guide you through the return request procedure and provide further instructions.
